Well it's off to Liverpool tomorrow (Tues) for a 2pm interview at the immigration office (strange as they say they don't do interviews ???).

Last time she renewed he Leave to Stay stanp in her passport it was free, now it's £250 :-/ Getting as bad as the Philippine Embassy!!

That needs to be done so she can apply for British Citizenship (another £250), and go to Singapore in January with me. We'll be getting the solicitor to copy the passports as I'm buggered if I'm sending the real McCoy, especially as processing time is now 10 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well a wonderful 2 hours in the immigration office, and what fun, one numb ass, just to have a new passport stamped, and £250 the lighter, and the guy said the prices are going up again next year :o

Their are about 14 windows, and 2 staff, normal British service then!

On top of that with the security, you have to virtually strip to get in the building. It's immigration for God's sake, they are trying to get in the country, that is one place they won't blow up ::)
