6.9 D Do you have any criminal convictions in any country
(including traffic offences)?

6.10 Have you ever been charged in any country with a criminal offence for which you have not yet been tried in court (including traffic offences)?

from vaf4a settlement form

http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/resources/en/docs/1903073/vaf4a

these are the 2 questions your friend will have to answer

hi Ross, I think it will better if she will be honest with her visa application because the ECo will surely scrutinized all the document that she's going to submit and as you've said the case can be settled.

Goodluck with her application and hoping her case will settle as soon as possible,,:D
