I used to work for a breakdown/recovery company that did contract work for the AA and RAC, some of the customers would break down in their cars and miss their Job interview/business meeting/wedding!:yikes: Sometimes they would get a parking ticket aswell! The girls that take the calls from angry customers get abused like that all the time!:yikes:

You're right Nigel. People working in a call center usually receives calls like these. I have a filipina friend woking in a call center in other foreign country and one call sounds like this one then her collegue passed it on to her for they know she can handle it well. She was commended by her Manager.:)

i suspect this woman may have a sore throat after all the shouting.
the thing that fascinates me listening to tagalog is when i recognise the ocasional english sentance that gets thrown in.
at one point the angry lady yells "the biggest dog in the world, the ugliest dog you are ON !!"
that bought a smile to my face.
