Yes their very responsive, when my wife went there to hand in her application, she assumed that it was in the same building as the British Embassy and I did as well, and when I tried to find it on a map from the address, it was very confusing because the building is actually called Rufino Pacific Tower not Rufino Building, so I e-mailed them about this and suggested they put a map on there website, which they did.

i send my application together with album and scrap book, at first the person assisting me said they won't accept picture album but i insist, they went to their manager and ask if it's possible. the manager said it's ok so i added php200 for additional package.

thanks guys for the replies. if putting all pictures in an album means additional fee for the courrier, think it doesnt matter much. on the other hand, what tiger and tigress did was cool.minimizing the "bulky look" of the application. maybe just printing the photos directly in the bond paper seems ok too.what do you think???????

Thats what we did print the photos on paper saves paper, i think we had four pictures a page. use high quality picture files, a decent printer and most important decent paper. If you don't have have a printer at home, go to a local high street printer or ask around your friends and familys.
