When you open the archive on a particular chat it takes a while to load. Scroll down and check it has stopped loading before selecting all. I then copy and paste into a word document. I did that with all our chats and had several thousand of pages.

Good luck!

Use smaller font size too to save paper! hehe

Also, set the margins, top and bottom, left and right, to the minimum, and you can also set the print quality to say draft to save ink. If its a lot to print out, also try printing the odd page numbers, then putting them back in so when you print the even pages you finish up with printing on both side. I did this for an instruction manual of 150 pages thus saving 75 sheets.

Or print to PDf if you need to keep just for yourselfs.

http://www.primopdf.com/ is an example.

I doubt the Embassy want to and dont need to read all of them.

If the applicant turns up with a couple of thousand a4 or letter size sheets they will be told thanks but no thanks.

There were several threads on this a while back.

what i did and most others did was not print the whole entry but just the time and date

Basically the Embassy just want to see you your in constant contact. As Lovers are text, email., letter and phone calls. The amount and method of communcatingwill vary but they can see a pattern.

No one would record and put on cd their phone calls but you might show the itemised bill, why should you print out your conversations on im?
