Thanks eljean:)

she did that and they sound genuine but when they ask for 1000k for the processing of the permit that keeps her thinking:Erm: is that too much? or is it really needed? as far as i know, correct me if im wrong that even if she has the permit she still have to apply for the working visa in the PI. IS that make sense:doh:NoNo:

what i mean is that why do you try contacting them here in uk since you are here ask your friend for the given address and tell you friend also to phone up the DOLE if they are fully registered agency just to make sure that it's not another illegal recruitment agency/scam or DFA if they recognized such agency or company...its the best answer you can get...

0704 number range is not a mobile number, its classed as a "Personal Numbers"

A 0704 number (aka Follow Me or Personal Number) lets you take complete
control over your incoming telephone calls. 0704 numbers are more
expensive to call than 0845's, but offer more features. When someone
dials your 0704 number, calls can be redirected to up to 3 different
destination numbers. For example, you can have your 0704 number send
calls to your home phone first, then if not answered, automatically
send calls to your mobile phone and ultimately to a third destination
number if required. A 0704 number will literally 'follow you' and try
each of your numbers in sequence so you never have to miss a call if
you are on the move. This also means you can use a single number for
home, mobile and office - just one number to remember!

calling one, could cost you as much as £1.50 a min :doh and not many companies use one, most use a national dialling code (Manchester is 0161) or 0845 numbers not 0704 numbers :NoNo:

and yes trailfinders limited is a large uk holiday/flight travel agent, with offices in Manchester and around the UK, but they do have a visa/passport service, but i think its only for those who need a visa to travel for a holiday :doh

i would not send anyone money based on this little info you have :NoNo:
