I am not doubting his managerial and motivational skills, the bloke hasn't got a chance from the start, if he starts, unless he's given total control over footballing decisions.:omg:

It's only supposed to be part-time till they sell the club, or whatever.....at least his mate Owen would be happy......he seems to be the only one playing football!!

I didn't say I wanted him and pleased to hear he has turned down the job, but whoever they appoint I want them to be allowed to manage the team, who would want to take this job in the present structure of management.

Its MACKEM by the way...
