Can you just use normal pork?

nope. the fatty area of the pig's head tastes better than any other parts of the pig. pig ears is nice for sisig too, time consuming though.... :icon_lol:

As i remember i read somewhere here they patterned it in a haggis version:Erm::Erm::doh

but anyway maybe pork will do just fried it until it looks cruchy then chop it, after that put onions, pepper, salt, bit spicy, calamansi or lemon and a few mayonnaise:xxgrinning--00xx3:

I hope it helps:xxgrinning--00xx3: even it doesnt taste that much like the sisig she used to eat, the effort you've made will please her:rolleyes:
Goodluck:)
