Louella thinks it's been sent to you by mistake and she translates it as:
please reply to this number I have important message to tell you. Send 5 peso credit, this will be my last text.

that was scam,don't reply....English version:

"reply here,i have important things to tell you,send 5 pesos load to me,this would be my last text"

its normal here in PI its like asking load ..especially from strangers that u don't know the # don't reply

I am very poor at Tagalog, and I thought it also said, reply now, there is a message for you send me the load of 5p, my last text ! not bad for a white boy.

another trick for crazy people.like sometimes they`re telling you that you`ve won a million peso and that you have to put like 300p credit on it.they`re *******s!

Yep, pretty much.
I'm a telecomms engineer, and my motto is, if ya don't know the sender, then don't reply.
It could save you alot of money.
