To everybody who have knowledge about FLR, please help. I have an important question:
1)When applying for FLR in Public Enqiury Office (PEO), do it necessarily need to apply it 28 days before your visa expires, or is it only applicable to those who will apply via post?

2) Or can I apply anytime even less than 28 days if I apply it in PEO?
Because I think I cant be able to travel this month due to some important circumstances.

hi sis,

I think the 28 days is only applicable if ur applying for ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) but if u're applying for FLR, u can apply it as long as u've got all the docs needed and apply it before ur visa expires..

In my case, we applied my FLR right after our wedding eventhough my fiancee visa will expire in 4months..Goodluck.:)
