As this thread has shown, various sets of stamps have been issued since the late 1970s showing the range of marine life associated with the Philippines.
Sadly as we know this marine biodiversity is at risk from habitat loss, overharvesting of species, pollution, invasive species, destructive fishing practices and climate change. " Bleached corals " ( resulting from rising ocean temperatures ) are more vulnerable to stressors like disease which can kill them. About a thousand " Marine Protected Areas " have been established since the 1970s, which hopefully go some way towards averting these threats and protecting human livelihoods and nutrition.
These stamps were issued in June 1998 :-
