I have read that in May here in the Uk, the cheapest packet of cigarettes will be £8-22 per packet, and packs of 10 will no longer be available, i think the cost factor alone will mean many people have to stop, but it will also encourage the sale of Black Market cigarettes which are available in most Towns & Cities, i am aware of 1 place that its possible to buy a pack of 20 for £3-50, i think its fair to say most of these cigarettes originate from Poland, but more recently Chinese cigarettes have been coming through.
