Maybe you're not a football fan Arthur, but north and south of the border it's the national equivalent of Rangers v Celtic. It's the oldest international fixture in the world and having played about 90 games England have won only 6 more than Scotland. My mate was well peed off. Scottish police were over the top and my mate who is not a hooligan at all could not get served anywhere after 11pm! Not even in a hotel bar. He said for a major city he could not believe it.

I thought the Jocks were a bit toothless, something I would never have imagined playing against England.
As for Rooney, he's starting to put a shift in for England since he's taken over as captain. Pity it's taken him 100 caps to do so.
