    From what I can tell, the first reads "Murder", the second "Neglect" and the third I presume is meant to read "No Mum" - but I suppose the politically correct snowflakes can get incredibly upset by reading a cars number plate, therefore these examples aren't allowed.

    At "a pinch", yes, ... but in my case, I only recognised these because of the explanations provided underneath the pictorial.

    Besides, ... motorists ought to be paying proper care and attention to their ... rather than, say, getting unduly steamed up [or even paranoid] over such relatively minor trivialities as the car in front's registration number ... in order to help create safer conditions for - and minimise serious accidents among - other road users.
