    An early evening walk

Yesterday after a hard days work, it was nice to spend a few hours walking around the local lake stopping to feed the birds and to chat to a few folk about the weather and the young ducks here and there.
All you need is the sun and a place that is nice plus someone with you, to think life for me is ok.
    Pictures to follow.
    I bet you can't wait.
PS. If you are not interested you should not have read this you nosey bugger.

Far from NOT being interested, Steve, ; your early evening stroll in such tranquil surroundings, seems to me like a really good ... the perfect antidote to - and a world apart from - all the recent doom 'n' gloom.

From my afternoon walk around my village today...

*Bear in mind that I take my pics mostly to show the pamily in the Phils, so stuff that looks pretty mundane to us Brits can be quite fascinating for Filipinos.

No double-decker buses went past today though... or there'd have been a pic of it.

Thanks Arthur, it's good to just go to a park and enjoy the view and the company too.
Here are a few pictures as promised.

    Beautiful pictures Steve.

I wish mine would open in full-size mode. Can't work out how it's done on here.

Thanks Graham. How do you download them Graham? Plus what are they taken on, your Phone or Camera?

Steve... I just upload them using the normal attachment wotsit on here. I'm sure when I used to do it before they didn't come up as just thumbnails... but I can't see any options .

Those last pics were taken with my 'proper' camera, uploaded to my PC.

The pic 7536 ... with the black railings, is actually my local Dr's surgery.

I think the idea is, that if you can walk all the way up that steep windy path with the CCTV cam at the top, you can't be that sick, so you may as well bugger off home and stop wasting their time.

I used to use the same as you, then I could not upload anymore as the picture was too big, so I use photobucket, just download all my pictures on there I want to place on here and copy then paste.
