Time Difference UK - Philippines
Do I understand correctly that UK is now 7 hours behind PH time ?

I seem to be having an increase in 'senior moments'
I think I'm getting too much information in my head and lot's of older information is getting pushed out.
Need to slow down a bit

That's nothing my friend, I often lose tracks of days when I'm over there
On my return to the UK at the beginning of the month I had to do a quick shop for essentials at the local supermarket, and genuinely had to pick up a newspaper to find out what day it was

The difference the one hour can make when talking to someone the other side of the world.
