    What a journey

    Would you believe it.
We set off on our trip down to Heathrow in plenty of time and as soon as we get onto the M1 junction 21 to 22 closed follow diversion.
Sod that i thought straight onto the M42 then onto the M40.
So far so good then there was signs flashing junction this junction that closed on other motorway's too.
We did managed to get to the airport in plenty of time and you can understand the work is better done at night , but other countries put speed limits up and keep at least one lane open,
    Anyway chilling out now waiting.

Don't forget to have a look in the Duty free shops for a Rolex Daytona, it'll pay for your holiday if you buy one

I have a Rolex Daytona and Omega Speedmaster.
The Omega was my gift for 21 years service with my company. That the the very last year they included Omega watches in the selection.
The Rolex was a gift from a very close friend in Japan. I've hardly worn it but a couple of times but have it service every 3 years. In 2014 it cost £82 for a service. This year I have no idea, I'm thinking I need to go to MOA to have it done along with the Omega which I wore day in day out for around 3 years.

    Can't liquidate either though....

For my 30th year at the company I received a Tissot superslim with solid gold case and wrist band.
Still got that as well but no way to cash-in. It's inscribed on the back also.

To think,i complain if it takes me 25 minutes to get to terminal 3

Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.

... problem with "Duty Free" outlets at airports is that much of their general merchandise, - e.g., tobacco products - is sold in such LARGE quantities ... ... unless, of course, you're really affluent and happen to be buying an expensive [single] item like the 'Rolex Daytona' you've mentioned.
