Anyway here is an update on the story that President Duterte will force deployment of all 'scalawags' in the police force for duty in trouble spots of Mindanao.
In this case Basilan

Seems most have defied his orders and refused to show up for transportation.

The end game is getting kicked out with loss of benefits

I saw his speech to them,they looked like kids caught scrumping apples,those in the front line looked out of shape and overweight i think he was lenient with his term scallywags,theres loads of better descriptions for them,but a posting to basilan for someone used to feeding in the trough in manila must be like an eastern front posting to a slovenly german conscript in WW2,shape up or ship out
