    Sunsets

    Been trying to get the picture of a few sunsets here are a few.


















    The last two are me and Ems and Venus over Gibraltar

    All good but espicaly like the one with you and your wife in the foreground, good shot.

    Hi Steve,

    Sunsets can be tricky.
    Ideally you need a bit more than just the colours of the sky to give extra impact and interest.

    Please don't be offended as I may well be out of touch for current thinking.
    We were always taught that sunsets and sunrises should have an object/objects in the foreground at the 'thirds' (for composition)

    Just my 2 centavos

    Like anything its trail and error until we find something that is right.
    Like you say with today's camera's and gadgets you can almost do anything, I have a few very good polarising filters and others that can assist in a better picture of the sun but they are no good being left at home, plus trying to say to Ems stand there while I take this picture.
    I tried to get a nice silhouette of Em's on the shore line but it did not work out,
    But practice makes perfect sometimes.

    Yes some days it's like this and some days it's fine, but it's only just started getting worst, I wonder if my count is doubling too
