    Help Please

    i am now booking my appt with PEO and i am at a loss on what to tick under the leave category (as bereaved partner):


    Select your leave category within SET(O) (Required)

    Tier 1 (General)

    Tier 2

    Dependant

    Other main applicant

    I think you need to tick the "Other main applicant".

    just one more question pls. i already booked & paid for my appointment. just wondering when i got to that part "print appointment booking checklist" and click on it, it just show the same thing. is that page the appointment booking checklist itself which i just printed anyway (pls. see below)?

    Prepare your application form, checklist and supporting documents
    You will need to bring your completed application form, checklist and supporting documents to your Premium Service Centre appointment. You should also prepare photocopies of your documents, as this will help speed up the application process.

    You will provide your biometric information during your appointment.
    You will have to:
    have a digital photo of your face taken
    put your fingers on a glass screen to be scanned
    give your signature

    You will usually get a decision within one working day.
