'Turing Bill' For Gay Pardons, Falls At First Hurdle

    www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-37707030 ...

Hmm ... ... well, the law was the law - and homosexuality , a criminal offence, back then - so it isn't easy to know what to think/say, without appearing to show some degree of partiality.

They broke the law as it was then.

Are we to go back and pardon all those burned for witchcraft, or those transported to Australia because they were in breach of laws 200 years ago ?

I find all this hugely expensive, retrospective, self-indulgent navel-gazing pretty objectionable to be honest, considering that female circumcision and other barbaric practices are being swept under the carpet in this country TODAY.

Instead of just being more accepted (even if not by me) homosexuality is constantly being made to be the norm!
Allowing service personal in same sex relationships to marry could open up all sorts of problems!
Marriage should be between a man and a woman end of.
