How will you cook your roast potatoes this Christmas?

    Hi all,
For me the roast potatoes are more important in my dinners, Christmas or any when!

In my pre weight conscious days, my Christmas ones were done in the oven in goose fat, they come up brilliant,
but in my new health conscious eating lifestyle, far too high in fat.

So I now par boil for a few minutes, drain and fluff up a bit then add 1 tea spoon of Rapeseed oil,
drain and put them in my Tefal "Actifry" to air roast them for about 40 min they come up "almost"
as good as those roasted in goose fat, but much better for the waistline!
    Mick
