Lost supporting passport documents
Hi Everyone,
Just a quick question any help much appreciated.
My wife has just recieved her british passport (hooray !) but unfortunately
her supporting documents including her filipino passport and original naturalisation certificate appear to have been lost by the DX couriers.
We are in disbelief at this especially as we paid the extra fee for secure delivery of the supporting documents. An investigation is currently underway and according to their records the documents were delivered 4 weeks ago ?? thats all we know at present, don't know where delivered to or if a signature was obtained.
Question is if as seems likely the documents are lost what will happen when my wife goes to apply for dual citizenship without her filipino passport ?
Big thanks xoxo
