Cfo doucments and other papers to take with you?

    Hello to you all again
    How are you all doing?

My wife and members of her family are all visiting their ancestor's gravesides today
She has sent me a few photos via text messages it looks like a quiet mini festival in way and they will share and eat their foods together by their family grave stones
There will be many mixed emotions and feelings for all, but knowing them as well as i do there will be a bits of laugher with their tears too

I must say that i find this custom to be very interesting
I have visit the cemetery where her forefathers are all buried.
I wished that i had been there to shared this with her too.....
I think this must be one of the true meanings of 'Halloween'?

I typed CFO in the search bar but, nothing came up in anyway whatsoever that could be related to this subject?
Maybe it is listed under another heading?

Anyway, now that I am here i would like to ask for some help in regards to my wife's eventual visit to the 'CFO' hopefully in the near future?
I think that we don't have to wait for her visa to attend the seminar, and that she won't get the sticker put onto her passport until she does get the visa, is this correct?

But, please what i would like to know now is...
What documents and other official paper will she need to bring with her to be able to attend the pre seminar before her CFO sticker?

Can some advised me on this subject?

    Thank you
    Regards
    LG

    Just one question to ask

On this page there a list of what we need to bring

In the list at number 4 it ask for other documents that they may be required by the counsellors , but it don't say what those other documents are?

Any idea of what they might mean by this?

    Thank you
    Regards

i think documents like example if widow, death certificate of departed husband, plus the marraige certificate of that husband, any documents if been annuled,
i think it is best that your wife phones them to check,to be sure, they will check before the seminar, if she has all required documents, if not another appointment may be needed,or possible they might let her email a copy,if its just the odd document, take photo copies also of documents, expect at least 3 hours inside,

thats the best i am able to tell you, good luck
