    I'm on Windows 7, the little offer icon has now disappeared from my computer but I didn't download it because I think you have to pay for it after a certain time also I'm afraid there may be some changes and things I won't understand

    Just takes a little bit of getting used to but it's good - and of course remember how many of us said we will never change from xp and we did and what an improvement!

    Depends on your processor 32 bit, and 64 bit. 64 bit lets you use over 4 gigs of ram. Check SYSTEM to see what you have. 32 bit is old hat now.

    go to start,right click on my computer,select properties and it should show you if you 32 or 64 bit
