He'll have to mind his p's and q's with Sky as football pundit Rodney Marsh was sacked from there in 2005 for a controversial comment.

I can't see that happening at all. Is Jeremy even a big enough fan ?

I don't have Sky either.
In fact, only freeview now. Sick of all the repeats on subscription TV. May as well get them for nowt.

Last time I had Sky was about twenty years ago.

I binned Sky last summer we weren't watching it enough to justify the monthly fee, they're now constantly begging me to come back with all sorts of cheap deals. They should have thought about that years ago

They are all the same. They offer great packages for new comers but stuff the customers who are loyal to them.

Very true.
After being a good customer of Virgin, always paying on time, etc, for the past 7 years, the cheeky s point out in their farewell letter that they still own the crappy old set-top box they gave me in 2008. No mention of them collecting it of course.

What I hate about Virgin is that they keep sending me 'offers' which they make out to be the best thing since sliced bread when they're anything but.

Im with talktalk and I get the entertainment boost for an extra £5.00
All the channels I like are streamed via the fibre optic broadband (73mbs)
Got fedup of freeview as so many repeats on the channels I liked.
Guess we will see if the same happens to me when the deal is up.

Freeview is pants. It's not even worth paying the TV licence fee to watch it IMO. I'm still with Virgin and pay close to £50 p/m for internet, phone and the package with the most channels but that doesn't include Sky Movies, Sky Sports etc
