Like Andy says it's a good idea to give them a call to find your nearest test centre.

Hi this is John. Many thanks Andy and Terpe for the information above. We gave the number a call was told the nearest test center was Blackburn only 20 mins away. Well today the Boss passed her life in the uk test. To say she is relieved is an understatement. Many thanks guys. I know she took her passport not sure what she showed as proof no doubt she will update this post. Next step indefinite leave to remain premium service 1st September, Liverpool I think.

HI this is Maricris just want to say thanks to everyone for your help and support.
Just as an update I took all my paperwork bank statments and letters but all they wanted to see was my passport and council tax. They checked the spelling of my original online application to my passport. They did question why my passport was in my maiden name and council tax in married name but after explaining everything all went well.
