I just ignore the Virgin rubbish.
I'm supposed to have some sort of fast cable broadband.
It's pretty useless, and Virgin are full of
like most of these marketing cowboys.

BT told me before that I can't get much more out of the existing line from exchange to my house.....you guys are lucky...

I think mine's fast enough for my needs, so I will not pay more to upgrade
