Been more comfortable today, but still a slight chill in the air, forecast wet and cool this weekend but warm weather on its way from Tuesday onwards!

Just stopped raining, bright and sunny, going to hang washing out because it's very warm!

Beautiful morning this morning, will spend most of the day removing any pebbles or stones from the garden whilst Maritess is working. Rain is forecast for tonight so bring it on, the new turf is loving it, tomorrow forecast bright and sunny with a possible shower so not too bad really!

A good afternoon's downpour of rain
Still coming down buckets now. Very much needed.

More forecast ........hooray, the price of fruit and veg may not be too badly hit.
I paid P70 for a kilo of spuds today

It has to be admitted Graham, these local spuds have a great flavour and texture, and despite the highish price are worth it.
Those big enough for jackets come out at P90 per kilo

Graham, I'd love some pickled onions and pork pie please at any price
Oh, and some black pudding too
    Hahaha

    Haha...will do my best.

I definitely don't resent paying the higher price of spuds in the Phils. Well worth it...though should be cheaper when I'm up in Pangasinan, not far from the Baguio potato fields.

Beautiful morning, looks like being a good day, pleased that we've had a day or three with showers because the garden was very thirsty and everything is looking green now

Not that particular hat, ... it's for summer/holiday wear - and we haven't had either yet - but, being bald on top, unless the weather's pleasantly warm, I do normally tend to wear a trilby-type hat or flat cap [bunnet] whenever I'm out and about nowadays.

This summer is really very hot and dry here in Davao City.
We're having a well earned break in the province a stones throw from the ocean and what a difference in the climate here.
We're having a wonderful time and tomorrow will look for a house here.
