spouse visa need help
Hi everyone Im new here, I really need help. Im planning to apply a spouse visa soon but im confused. My husband was self employed subcontracting for a company in uk for the last 3 months, but the company has now requested that he starts a limited company to continue working for them. Will the embassy accept 3 months self employment wage slips/invoices and 3 months limited company invoices/wage slips? Or will my husband have to trade for 12 months as a limited company before we can apply for my spouse visa? Any reply would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, Alexis ... !
... I know very little (if anything) about how Immigration Law is applied in terms of individuals who are self-employed.
However, I'd be surprised if there weren't someone here with the knowledge to advise ... so stay tuned.
