Now after watching a documentary or in the last while I found my self thinking about this subject over the last few days.I have came to the conclusion that if one is indeed guilty of taking another humans life and we do only get 1 chance to live(unless you are of those religions who believe you have numerous rebirths which is fair enough) That person should be treated the same as the victim.I mean 15-20 years in jail isn't going to cut it really. It's not as if that person is going to come back to life when you get out of prison!I haven't got the foggiest why I have been contemplating this(usually I just let things go right over my head and maybe it's just that time in life I mean I will be 40 next year) But that was my rational and only logical thought.
