I remember watching a TV documentary on this.
The Bajau are basically nomadic seafarers living their lives as boat dwellers.
Recently they've they've been trying to settle along the shoreline.
Bajau most often known as the Sea Gypsies.

From the seas to every street corner! The vast majority of them are work shy and spend there days begging or stealing.
