    The exact documents needed by us both to apply for Marriage certificate.

    Hi guys again.

    I have been studying more lately on what I have to do documenst for my love &bI to get married.

    I know about CNI and embassy & it seems I do not need CENOMAR for that part.

    Then for the registration at city hall Cagayna De oro, I know we need a CENOMAR but what about the rest of the documnets. I cannot seem to find an official link.

    I found this on some one web site but is it correct?

    FOREIGNERS
    1. Passport I.D- 2 xerox copies
    2. Date of Arrival (latest) 2 xerox copies
    3. Legal capacity – issued by their respective diplomatic or consular officials – 1 orig & 3 xerox copies
    4. CENOMAR – from NSO – 1 orig & 1 xerox copy
    5. If divorced, judicial decree of absolute divorce – 1 orig & 2 xerox copies
    6. If widow/widower – death certificate of deceased spouse – 1 orig & 2 xerox copies

    hi ,i would suggest birth certificates ,if catholic -maybe baptismal cert /confirmation -there are many websites that will give info but im sure many members here have more info for british citizen

    Hi songz, the above list of documents are correct but, there is an important paper needed to be added in that, the original and copy of foreign's birth certificate.i dont know what is cenomar though but, if it is the birth cert then you can disregard my comment.
