Just out of interest what did NSO provide ?
I'm curious about the NSO authentication process

The document is the exact copy of the Report of Marriage form that I have filled in at the Philippine Embassy but on a NSO paper.At the bottom it has the name and signature of the Administrator and Civil Registrar General of NSO. It also says Best Possible Image.
