- 9,861 convictions for fraud in 2011-12, up from 7,000 two years earlier
- The bill for benefit fraud topped £215million last year
- Minister Lord Freud says cheats must 'pay back their ill-gotten gains'

The minimum sentence for these cheating leeches should be 2 years - that would immediately act as a deterrent and slash the number of fraudulent claims

so once they find these people what happens, do they reduce what they pay them and then fine them also but they pay back a £5 a month
