Sixteen arrested after UKBA operation in Heston

many illegal immigrants seem to be coming from a few countries, why not make it more difficult or do more checks for people are applying for a visa from those countries instead of punishing everyone.

A UK Border Agency-led operation targeting homeless rough sleepers underneath a M4 bridge in Heston, west London has led to the arrest of sixteen illegal immigrants.

I don't know for sure, but I think I heard such as the bridge dwellers wouldn't be able to be simply sent back, because they arrived on false papers, so won't have correct documents for getting back into India.

Imagine the Indians don't really want them either
