What do you think to this - Visa to Visit Schengen Area
http://es.vfsglobal.co.uk/eea.html
Would this mean if I wanted to take Rina to Spain she would not need a visa? She has a BRP valid til Feb 2014.
I've just booked an appointment with VFS - earliest was 11th April!
Want to take her to the Canaries for a week of sun and relaxation...
Cheers

If she's here under FLR at present, that is NOT recognised as a UK residence permit.
Additionally, this effectively applies to EU citizens now based in the UK eg a German guy with a non-EU wife.
It doesn't mean UK citizens with a non-EU wife.
Crazy I know ..... but ......No man is an island, but Barry is
