as long as you're healthy...there are those who want to stay slim or rather thin, they skip meals which is not a good way to lose weight

I need to loose weight but enjoy eating
When young I could eat well and not put wight on, I suppose becouse I was more active then
Now I only need look at somthing tasty and put it on
